Waterworks Rd Home

This modest home was the brainchild of passive designer Nigel Jones. With its steep contours and challenging soil, it was a interesting project to get out of the ground.

VIEW PROJECT

Waterworks Rd Extension

On the outskirts of town, this classic cedar and oak cladded home was in need of some more room. With 2 growing boys, some private spaces and more storage was on the cards.

VIEW PROJECT

Molesworth House

The country home is of modest size. It has a insulated waffle pod slab that floats on the less than perfect soil type. With its northerly aspect and large northerly UPVC windows. It is a very comfortable home.

VIEW PROJECT

McDevitt Ave Dynnyrne

This steep and challenging block was the first of 5 jobs to be done in the same street. It had a number of challenges, from loose boulders that would roll down the hill with ease. This needed a continuous fence across the lower section of the block as a crash barrier for the rocks.

VIEW PROJECT

Marlyn Rd South Hobart

The detail in this job was second to none. Clearly many hours were brewed over to refine every little detail, light position, block type, joinery, cladding pattern and colour.
